ATTORNEYS › Evan Mandel

Evan Mandel’s clients include both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil suits, including antitrust, civil rights, contract, employment, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, fraud, intellectual property, real estate, and legal malpractice cases. His clients range in size from Fortune 500 companies to individuals. He often represents other lawyers.

Evan typically handles one to two trials each year. He has conducted numerous jury and bench trials in federal and state courts, as well as trials before administrative agencies, generally serving as lead counsel or co-lead counsel.

Prior to founding the Firm, Evan practiced law at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, where he served on the hiring and pro bono committees. Evan also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nicholas G. Garaufis, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York. While in law school, he served as the Training Director of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau.
