Brice Jastrow

Brice has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial litigation covering a wide range of business disputes, including cases involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, professional malpractice, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and interference with contractual relations.  Brice practices in both federal and state court and has experience obtaining preliminary relief for clients as well as representing clients on the merits of the litigation.  He also represents individuals called to testify as third-parties in court and at depositions. 

Brice served as a law clerk to the Honorable P. Kevin Castel of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Before joining Mandel Bhandari LLP, he was an associate at Lankler Siffert & Wohl in New York.
